
Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Chicken Breast Chopped
- 1 Cup Bell Pepper Chopped and any color you prefer
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 1 Cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 Cup Grape Tomoates Halved
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TSP Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees
- Chop all veggies into large pieces and cube the chicken breasts
- Place the chicken and veggies in a medium roasting dish or sheet pan. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, Toss to combine
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the veggies are charred and chicken is cooked
